PARTYGOERS’ fourth effort, CABLE CREEK, stretches further
into the subgenre tech-house than previous albums without losing the group’s distinctive sound.
Over the course of two summers, the members of PARTYGOERS collected field recordings in
the Cable Creek Valley. The resulting recordings create the sonic landscape heard throughout
the album.
CABLE CREEK is an environment. One set in a high elevation valley in western Montana; one
merged with musical genres perhaps never before linked to the rural mountain west.
